She draws on extensive cross-functional experience to design pragmatic solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness, enable growth, and deliver sustainable results.

Chandana has more than 30 years of experience spanning Human Resource Management, Competency Development, Brand Management and Sales & Distribution. She has addressed critical people and performance challenges. She leverages her capabilities to design scalable business and HR systems, competency and capability frameworks, leadership and talent development interventions, and analytics-led productivity improvement initiatives.

Chandana has held leadership positions in both Marketing & Sales in leading FMCG organizations. She was with ITC for more than a decade, where she set up the FMCG Sales and Supply Chain & Logistics structures and processes as Head – Competency Development and HR and Member of the Management Committee for ITC’s Trade Marketing & Distribution organization, comprising over 2500 employees and 35000 workforce in the extended arm.  She has also been associated with reputed management institutes and has conducted several corporate training programs. In her consulting role, Chandana has provided Business & HR Leadership to several organizations to help them in setting up & scaling up requisite systems & processes.
