About the Core EQ Diagnostic

Core EQ provides an insight into the engagement levels of employees within an entity. i.e. provides the employee engagement quotient.

It also provides an insight into the employees’ perception on the core experiences – Enriching, Enabling and Endearing, that contribute to employee engagement.
